If you order your item before 2 p.m., we usually ship on the same day! The shipping times of our partners DHL, DPD and Deutsche Post are between 1 and 3 working days. normally, you can adjust to your package the next day. Through our automated systems, you will be informed by the shipping service providers, if available, about the status of your package.
Should it be particularly fast? For an extra charge, we can realize guaranteed deliveries within 24 hours with our partner UPS.
Should a package show damage upon receipt, we ask you to refuse acceptance and inform us about it, we will take care of the rest!
